SALES & SERVICE

CATALOG PHONE ORDER TAKER: Take inbound calls from our catalog customers. Earn $1 - $2 per hour in incentive pay. Work in a casual office atmosphere. Part-time hours, days, evenings and weekends available.

CREDIT REPRESENTATIVE: Maintain an assigned account base through telephone or written correspondence. Perform collection activities on existing delinquent accounts or accounts that exceed credit limits to minimize past due amounts and bad debt losses. Resolve customer disputes, develop repayment plans, and perform account reconciliations. Analyze daily credit hold report to ensure proper shipment of merchandise. Research customers' creditworthiness based on references, credit histories, and financial reporting. Collection, problem solving, and customer service skills are required. Previous experience in a loan department, finance company, or health care patient accounts a plus. Full time, days.

GENERAL

MACHINE OPERATOR: Operate numerous types of machinery including saws, routers, and sanders. Be able to unload trucks when needed. The ability to read a tape measure and input information into the computer are required. Previous carpentry or shop experience desired. Full-time, days.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE: Pick customer orders from shelves. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly. Requires a dependable work history. Previous warehouse experience helpful. Full-time, 1st and 2nd shift positions available.

WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER: Assist with the stocking and movement of product. Provide work direction to the Material Handling staff, maximizing speed and accuracy and ensuring safe work practices are met. Forklift experience is required. Previous supervisory or lead experience desirable. Full-time, 1st shift.
